Cold pressing with skins and first fermentation at a low temperatures for around 8 hours followed by a soft pressing. Cold decanting and fermentation

Aging:

4 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks, followed by bottle aging

Tasting notes:

straw yellow color with intriguing olfactory notes of hawthorn, hints of citrus and exotic fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious with a finish of good persistence

pasta dishes, risotto or fish and seafood
