Vinification:

Destemming and maceration on the skins for 2 days at low temperatures, fermentation, pump-over and removal of the must. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks

Aging:

5 months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in the bottle

Tasting notes:

Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, the bouquet is ample and intense, recalling raspberries, blackberries and violets. Medium to full-bodied, mouth-filling and well-balanced, rich flavors, firm structure and silky texture
