Vinification:
Destemming and maceration on the skins for 2 days at low temperatures, fermentation, pump-over and removal of the must. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks
Aging:
5 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks, followed by bottle aging
Tasting notes:
Typical fruity notes stand out surrounded by delicate and pleasant spicy hints. Dark ruby red color; to the nose there are fruity aromas of cherry and plum, with spicy aromas of black pepper. On the palate it is particularly warm, quite full-bodied and rich, with a characteristic closure on the fruit. Medium persistence
