100% Petite Arvine (an indigenous grape of Swiss and Aosta origins)

Vineyard:
The grapes come from hillside vineyards at 550–750 meters above sea level. The soils are sandy and morainic, rich in minerals, shaped by glacial deposits. Vines are Guyot-trained, planted at 7,000–8,000 vines/ha, yielding around 9,500 kg/ha. The altitude and soil lend freshness, salinity, and purity to the fruit.
Winemaking:
Manual harvest in late September. Whole-cluster gentle pressing, fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature (~18 °C) for 12–15 days. The wine rests on fine lees in tank for about 6 months before bottling, preserving aromatic intensity and texture.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections
