100% Barbera.

Color:

Deep violet, youthful and intense.

Nose:

Blackberry, plum, prune, cocoa and sweet licorice, with spice accents.

Flavor / Palate:

Juicy and rich, with ripe dark fruit and cocoa balanced by bright acidity and soft tannins. Long, fragrant

Winemaking:

Fermented in stainless steel, aged about 12 months in large Slavonian oak casks and partly in French barriques for roundness and balance.

Body & Style:

Full-bodied, dry, fruit-driven with smooth structure.
