Vineyards & Winemaking:
Grapes grown on hillside vineyards with clay and limestone soils. Hand-harvested and dried for 3–4 months in fruttaio (drying lofts) to concentrate sugars and aromas. Slow fermentation in stainless steel followed by long aging in oak casks and barriques for at least 24–30 months before bottling.
Color:
Deep garnet red with ruby highlights.
Nose:
Intense and complex; ripe cherry, plum, dried figs, and raisins layered with hints of cocoa, tobacco, leather, and sweet spice.
Palate:
Rich and powerful; full-bodied with velvety tannins, dried fruit, chocolate, and balsamic notes leading to a long, warm finish.
Body & Style:
Dry, full-bodied red; concentrated, elegant, and age-worthy, a true expression of Amarone tradition.
