Vinification:

Grapes dried for 3–4 months, slow fermentation, then aged 36 months in French oak barriques.

Color:

Deep garnet red.

Nose:

Intense aromas of black cherry, dried plum, chocolate, tobacco, licorice, and sweet spice.

Palate:

Full-bodied and powerful; rich dried fruit, velvety tannins, hints of balsamic herbs, and a very long finish.

Style:

Classic Ferragu Amarone — opulent, concentrated, yet balanced by freshness.
