Nose:

Fragrant with ripe red fruits like wild strawberry and pomegranate, floral notes such as rose petals and dried violets, plus hints of herbs de Provence, orange peel, cedar, and tobacco.

Palate:

Medium-bodied with roasted and grilled cherry flavors, complemented by sage, rosemary, camphor, and dusty tannins. Elegant and layered with a mineral-tinged finish.

Winemaking:

Fermented in stainless steel with controlled temperatures; aged in both small barriques and large 50 hl oak casks to enhance Nebbiolo’s varietal character.

Body & Style:

Balanced and sophisticated; captures both power and poise typical of Treiso Nebbiolo.

Food Pairing:

Excellent with roasted meats, game, truffle dishes, and mature cheeses.

Description

Intense ruby red color, to the nose it has both fruity and floral notes that go from the ripe red fruit to the officinal herbs. Tasty, velvety at the same time, leaves on the taste buds a note of sweetness and roundness typical of ripe grape with a slightly dry and astringentclosure
