Winemaking:

Late harvest due to Riesling’s long ripening; careful leaf management; light cold skin maceration; fermentation at low temperature with indigenous yeasts; prolonged aging on fine lees through winter; bottled after resting several months on lees

Medium-bodied, aromatic, and elegant; combines richness with precise structure—an original interpretation of Riesling in Piedmont
