Vinification:

Destemming and cold maceration on the skins for 2 days at low temperatures, fermentation, pump-over and removal of the must. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks

Aging:

5 months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, followed by bottle aging

Tasting notes:

Deep ruby red, with violet reflections. Fresh aromas of red and black berries. Fruit-forward with firm tannins and plummy spice flavors on the palate Pairings: Pasta, grilled red meat, grilled tuna fillet
