Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel; maceration on the skins for about 28 days. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barriques

Deep garnet red with ruby highlights

Nose:

Concentrated aromas of black cherry, plum, sweet spices, and vanilla, with hints of tobacco and chocolate

Palate:

Full-bodied and refined; dense fruit and polished tannins with a long, structured finish showing both power and balance

Description

With this wine, Velenosiwas able to achieve a “worldclass” product, with enchanting aromas of berries and flowers. Its flavor, with a perfect balance between fruit and wood, are warm and fruity, with scents of cherry liqueur and leather. A wine that will appeal to even the most demanding palates.
