Winemaking:

Traditional fermentation, then “re-passed” on Amarone pomace for added body and complexity. Aged about 12–15 months in large oak casks.

Color:

Deep ruby red.

Nose:

Red cherry, plum, dried berries, with notes of spice and tobacco.

Palate:

Medium- to full-bodied; juicy fruit, velvety tannins, good balance of freshness and richness.

Style:

Elegant, classic Ripasso; structured but approachable.

Description

Strong ruby red color. Intense, classic bouquet suggesting ripe fruit, spices and tobacco. Full-bodied, generous,warm, and long-lasting. It leaves a pleasant, dry and sapid mouth.
